I L-O-V-E pizza!  I have been searching and searching for a truly fantastic NY style pizza dough recipe for YEARS.  Every recipe I tried tasted like, well, homemade pizza crust.  That is, until I found this recipe from the experts at America’s Test Kitchen.  I have been making this for about a year now and highly recommend that you give it a try.  It is so easy to make the only downside is that you need to plan ahead.  It really does better when it has a chance to rest in the refrigerator for 3 days and I have left it in there for  up to 5 with great results. Quinoa Pizza Bites Recipe

I have been trying (somewhat unsuccessfully) to find a way to incorporate quinoa into our meal rotation.  First I tried swapping quinoa for brown rice in my chicken fried rice recipe – this was an epic fail.  I don’t even think my husband got beyond the third bite and I have to admit I wasn’t too impressed either.  Next I tried the quinoa patty recipe in my T25 meal plan.  This time I didn’t even attempt to get my husband or my little peanut to try them….I was barely able to make it through both of them myself.  It’s not that they were awful, but they weren’t anything I would choose to make or eat again.  Then, I found a quinoa pizza bites recipe on Pinterest that looked very promising and with just a few tweaks it was perfect! Broccoli Cheddar Bites Recipe

These are so good your kids won’t mind eating their broccoli and may even start asking for it!  I have been making these for my daughter since she was about 8 months old.  They were a big hit with her, my husband and me . . . Broccoli bites. . . who knew? I made these as a side with dinner tonight and my little one ate two!  That never happens, normally she picks at her food like a little bird.
