Focus T25 Final Results

Getting in shape after having a baby is tough, especially if you had a c-section. After baby #1 I tried T25 to shape up. You can find a full series about my experience with T25 including workout breakdowns, before and after photos and results on my website. I hope this is helpful! |

T25 Week 9 Beta Week 4:
Tues: Beta Rip’t Circuit – 146 cal.
Weds: Beta Dynamic Core – 138 cal.

The last 10 weeks have flown by – I can’t even believe it is already time to post my final results for T25.  Even though my weight went up versus where I was in week 8, I am still thrilled with my results.  I am down an inch in my waist and 2 inches in my hips.  I think this is incredible!

I really enjoyed doing these workouts every night and did not skip a single one during the last ten weeks.  That is likely due to a combination of how quick they are – under 30 minutes even when you include the optional cool-down, how much fun they are and how effective they are.  Within 3 weeks I was already seeing visible results.

Final thoughts:

This is an awesome workout and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get great results without having to commit a lot of time.  It is high impact and hard on your knees.  If you start having knee pain, I found a new pair of shoes and a jumper’s knee band to be a huge help.

      Thanks!! I am glad you enjoyed it 🙂

      T25 is pretty cardio intense so you may find it difficult to keep up with Shaun T if you are a smoker.

      However, there is a modifier that you can switch to or follow if you start to get out of breath. If you are interested in a short, effective, high intensity interval training based workout, then this is a great option.
