Final T25 Before & After Photos:
The last 10 weeks have flown by – I can’t even believe it is already time to post my final results for T25. Even though my weight went up versus where I was in week 8, I am still thrilled with my results. I am down an inch in my waist and 2 inches in my hips. I think this is incredible!
I really enjoyed doing these workouts every night and did not skip a single one during the last ten weeks. That is likely due to a combination of how quick they are – under 30 minutes even when you include the
optional cool-down, how much fun they are and how effective they are. Within 3 weeks I was already seeing visible results.
This is an awesome workout and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get great results without having to commit a lot of time. It is high impact and hard on your knees. If you start having knee pain, I found a new pair of shoes and a jumper’s knee band to be a huge help.
