This week was a killer with not 1, not 2 but 3 (!) Total Body Circuit workouts on the schedule. I am super happy to have made it through the Alpha round of T25 and I am seeing great results, especially considering that this workout that takes less than 3 hours a week. Here are my latest stats:
Tues: Alpha Total Body Circuit – 174 cal.
Weds: Alpha Ab Intervals – 113 cal.
Thur: Alpha Total Body Circuit – 167 cal.
Fri: Alpha Cardio – 155 cal.
Sat: Alpha Total Body Circuit – 145 cal. & Lower Focus – 140 cal.

Okay, I wish I would have done something with my hair in the week 5 photo but just ignore that and redirect your attention to my midsection. Are those abs I see? Yes! I can see abs. I guess that the Ab Intervals workout IS effective even though I didn’t feel like it was all that challenging. I also think I look more toned overall. I can tell you that I am definitely noticing a change in the way my clothes fit me. I have a skirt that was getting pretty tight and now it fits perfectly. One thing that I wasn’t expecting is how great I feel. Seriously, work is crazy right now but I am still sleeping great and I don’t feel stressed out like I normally do. I can’t tell you how great this is.
