Ugh! So week 10 results didn’t go up last week because I was SUPER busy with my husband leaving on Sunday to fly out to San Diego for work until Wednesday. This week I started off with Master Class but without ankle weights, that is, until Tracy strapped on the triple (yes! I said TRIPLE) ankle weights and then as an act of solidarity with my sisTAs, I strapped on my little 1.5 lb ankle weights. OMG! I have NO idea how everyone was doing these moves with triple ankle weights, mad props to everyone who survived that class and did it over and over and over through the week!
I think I over did it on Sunday with MC and the weights because I was really tired on Monday and struggled to get through BMC. I felt a little better when @jj.tam.22 let me know that the BMC was just an edited MC… see not a total wimp anymore 🙂 Monday night was a very rough sleep night for the baby who woke up at 2am and then didn’t really sleep soundly for the rest of the night. I felt like a zombie when my alarm went off at 5:30 but somehow I got through the workday and managed to do both BMC as well as 30 minutes of TAVA. My husband got home on Wednesday and my new bodysuit from Free People arrived in time for my workout so it was a great day! The bodysuit turned out to be way more plunging than expected, so I had to be really strategic with my video clip that night. My Nike Zoom All Outs arrived on Friday and I was super excited to try them out. They were awesome for BMC and I was super excited that they also performed well for DC on Saturday. If you are having any issues with the DC causing knee or shin pain, I would HIGHLY recommend you give these shoes a try! Thanks again to Sheila (@partofthetamily) for recommending them to me <3

Alright so I feel like my results photo for this week is good even if my numbers weren’t. Sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t have these weekly updates because it is unrealistic to think that every single week you are going to have good results. Even though I am happy with how I look in my photos, I actually went up in my numbers almost across the board. When this happens you have to realize that you are human and there are a lot of factors at play when you are trying to lose weight. Some of these you control, how you eat and how much you work out. While others you don’t control, like your hormones for one. Please don’t be so hard on yourself if you see some regression… I promise if you stick with it, you’ll see the results!
